OUTRIGGER Kaua'i Beach Resort & Spa

The staff was friendly and full of aloha spirit. The property is nice and only improving (the dark green they are painting the buildings is mod and stylish, and we hope they use that color throughout!) The ocean views and balconies are superlative. We loved the hot tub and waterfalls, and appreciated the food options and gift shop. All in all, the resort more than met our needs!

It was a casual environment, which is what we wanted. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, the swimming pools were great and the beach steps away. We had a great trip and the resort was just what we needed. We stayed for a week. We didn’t plan on leaving the resort but we did to go check out the island for the day. The resort isn’t convenient to any stores or restaurants walking distance but that is not what we intended the trip for but a fyi to others. The resort has plenty of options for food and drinks though is not all inclusive.

The amenities and the restaurant and location were incredible.

Staff was awesome. I've NEVER had maintenance reply at any hotel in my 30 years of professional travel. Your guy was great (can't remember his name and I didn't write it down), our frig went out and within 5 minutes your guy showed up and got us going!!!!

Loved the location being on the beach and close to the airport. The whole resort was well maintained throughout the day and evening and looked very beautiful. Staff were very pleasant.
